ANTONELLA/ CASAR is a firm that has been processing tomatoes in Sardinia for over fourty years.
This jewel of a tomato factory is located in Serramanna, 45 km from Cagliari, Sardinia
The island  of Sardinia is renowned for it’s uncontaminated beaches, rocky cliffs and emerald green
waters, this island is the home of naturally grown vegetables, mainly tomatoes and artichokes.

ANTONELLA tomatoes have been cultivated without the use of pesticides as certified by the “PAI” (Produzione Agricola Integrata) Integrated Agricultural Production issued to the ANTONELLA company with the logo here.
  The choice of this type of cultivation is in line with today’s awareness
  on healthy, wholesome food. ANTONELLA tomatoes are ripened in
  the sun. They are sweet, red and very low in acidity.
