Icnussa Imports is Australian owned, founded in 2008 by the Pusceddu Family which migrated from Sardinia 45 years ago. Icnussa is the distributor in Sydney of Salumi Australia, an artisan small goods producer in Billinudgel, Northern Rivers (near Byron Bay).

We are also the distributor of Vannella Hand crafted Cheeses. Some of their amazing products include handmade Burrata, Buffalo Mozzarella, fresh ricotta, Persian style fetta and much more.

 Icnussa is the distributor of Elenka. Elenka produces some of the finest ingredients for artisan gelato and pastry, such as their award winning pistacchio from Bronte, Sicily and hazelnut from Piemonte.
